Foot lengths follow Nike's published chart (brands differ by about half a size). The JP / box cm label is the shoe size printed on boxes, not your foot length; Japanese sizes are nominally in cm. Chinese sellers mostly label shoes with EU-style numbers (e.g. 38, 40); some use millimetres (e.g. 245 = 24.5 cm).
FAQ
Is men's EU sizing the same as Chinese sizing?
Most AliExpress, Temu and Shein listings use EU-style numbers, but many Asian brands run small. Compare your foot length in cm with the seller chart.
Should I size up between sizes?
If your foot length falls between two sizes, choose the larger one, especially for closed or narrow shoes.
