A US women’s 12 is a US men’s 10.5 in most unisex sizing (Nike, Adidas, Converse, Vans use roughly a 1.5-size gap; some brands use 1 or 2). Men’s 10.5 is UK 9.5, EU 44.5, about 27.5 cm foot length.
