Measure around the widest part of the palm (knuckles, excluding thumb) of your dominant hand. Glove size in inches ≈ that circumference: 7 = S, 8 = M, 9 = L, 10 = XL (men); women’s are usually one size smaller per letter. Ski gloves need a little extra room; work gloves should be snug.
